- Responsible for the over-all store operations in terms of its revenue achievement; cost and expense control; assets, facilities and security management;manpower planning and development; wastage, breakages and damage control and effective implementation of company policies, systems and procedures.
- Proper inventory control and management, ensuring availability of items
- Ensures uninterrupted restaurant and back office operations through effective manpower planning and scheduling, and cross training of employees (multi-tasking)
- Responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities, and assumes complete responsibility for the restaurant as necessary
- Maintains restaurant at the level necessary to meet or exceed the company standards for Quality, Services and Cleanliness
Qualifications:
Preferably with work-related experience.
