Front Desk Officer (6 days work week) [Singapore]


 

Our client is a leading player in education administration programs. As the company scales, they are looking to bring on a HR Cum Admin Officer who can help support them through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.


Job Description:

  • Attend to all incoming visitors in a professional and cordial manner
  • Handling calls and emails for arranging collections
  • Preparing reports on a daily & monthly basis
  • Assist in any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirement:

  • Min 1 Year of working experience preferred
  • Highly driven and able to multi-task
  • Standard computer knowledge (Microsoft Word etc.)
  • Able to work well both independently and as a team
