Job Title
Country Category Manager GR
Right now, we’re in start-up mode. Giving those who join us the amazing opportunity to shape our company and the working experience we are building.
We are now looking for a great talent to join our Commercial Excellence department in Greece. You will be reporting directly to Category Management Lead Greece & Israel.
In this role you will be responsible to build strategic recommendations regarding category development opportunities, customer portfolio management, Customer CATMAN projects, planograms and visibility strategy for both MM and PH channels for the country under your responsibility.
Your role will include…
Development of visibility strategy:
Owning the Country planning process and setting the strategy for shelf visibility with direct contribution to 3/1 Plan
Being a source of strategic expertise for commercial teams and owning the capability build programme across the market.
Drive on and off line execution:
Being responsible for driving in-depth category expertise, shopper & customer research projects, category insight mining in order to provide business with full understanding of shopper / customer behavior / trends and new opportunities for Haleon.
Playing an active role in Core Assortment Strategy and portfolio strategy development partnering with Customer Marketing, marketing, sales and NRM
Leading strategic customer Category Management projects through relevant KAMs
Being a subject matter expert, identifying gaps & opportunities and creating recommendations to sales for execution.
Business Partnering:
Collaborating closely with GRI Category Management Lead and aligning on key priorities and projects
Collaborating with ComEx Team with focus on 3/1 Plan delivery
Collaborating with cross functional teams at Haleon in respect to customer actional plans
Supporting sales team with all CATMAN and e-commerce related projects
Supporting KAMs in building relationship with key trade partners
Why you?
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: University degree in economics or business administration, sciences or engineering
Language: Greek and English (fluent)
Min 2 years of proven CATMAN experience from a global FMCG company
Background in sales, marketing, customer marketing, analytics, or related field
Team Management experience
Strong experience in leading strategic process and alignment, in a way that builds real buy-to ensure execution follows strategic alignment
Strong change management experience
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to transition them into insights
Best in class problem solver / strong solution orientation
