Responsibilities:

What will you work on:

Assist GP, Productivity, Engineering leadership with all administrative matters. Requires discretion, confidentiality, business cold, influential skills and networking. Support travel arrangenments, site management and internal or external visits to the site.

  • Assist Directors with administrative matters: agenda, Expenses reports, travel arrangements, deck presentation.
  • Focal point for internal or external visits: will organize the agenda and partner with key areas for food arrangements, meeting room prep, travel security, hotel, etc.
  • Lead a young appretince that will support bureaucratic activities
  • Support leadership team with diverse range of tools and decks thru PepsiCo systems and tools (SAP, Mybuy, CWT, Office, etc).

Qualifications:
Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree in any area
  • Background: previous experience of minimum 5 years as adminitrative assistant with high pressure routine*
  • Skills: Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Soft Skills: demonstrate leadership, agility and proactiveness, able to lead with dynamic and under pressured routine
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Languages: english advanced and Spanish desired
  • Experience with SAP
  • Good interpersonal relationship (leading without authority)
