You will:
- Design and build data visualizations using diverse datasets to drive actionable insights
- Understand various calculations and complex data flows into reporting systems, while looking to enhance current processes through automation and optimization
- Automate reporting processes, support the migration of Excel based reports to BI (Business Intelligence) tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
- Analyse and define information needs and reporting requirements across the organization and translate those into functional requirements
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
You have:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting or related field with 2+ years of experience related to finance or analytics
- Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) reporting and data visualization tools - such as Tableau and PowerBI
- The drive to take ownership of responsibilities and see things through from start to finish
- Ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to dive deep into, summarize, and communicate important data
- Solid knowledge of finance and accounting concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
You may also have:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, familiarity with VBA / SQL / Alteryx
- Familiarity with Python
- An interest and general understanding of the financial markets and products
Team Profile: The data visualization and automation team supports the various FSS internal reporting teams (ISG, WM and FP&A) with dashboarding and automation capabilities, utilizing a number of Business Intelligence and ETL tools such as Power BI, Tableau, TM1 Cognos, Alteryx, Dataiku or coding VBA macros depending on project requirements. The team is acting as a liaison between the reporting teams and Technology teams - working closely with IT in case of troubleshooting an issue and assisting with testing implemented fixes, data and newly developed features.
