The role holder will act as our Installations Manager's right-hand person to ensure that our installations stay on schedule whilst also ensuring we achieve high standards of quality workmanship and customer service.
Jobs & Responsibilities:
- Planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
- Establishes service by ordering and gathering components and parts completing installation.
- Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
- Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Required spoken and written language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM/ Diploma / Certificate in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in installation, production, or relevant field.
- Experience in planning and implementing solution strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking.
