The role holder will act as our Installations Manager's right-hand person to ensure that our installations stay on schedule whilst also ensuring we achieve high standards of quality workmanship and customer service.


Jobs & Responsibilities:

  • Planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
  • Establishes service by ordering and gathering components and parts completing installation.
  • Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
  • Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
  • Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Required spoken and written language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • SPM/ Diploma / Certificate in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in installation, production, or relevant field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing solution strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking.
